On the afternoon of May 14, 2021, an online signing ceremony was held between our university and Kiev State University of Economics and Trade (KUET) of Ukraine. Prof. Dr. Liu Bing, President of our University, Prof. Gao Xiaofeng, Vice President of our University, Prof. Gurova Kapitalina, President of Kiev State University of Economics and Trade of Ukraine, and Prof. Natalya Oleynik, Vice President of the University, attended the signing ceremony, which was hosted by the Director of the Office of Foreign Affairs of our University.

The signing of the contract has laid a solid foundation for the two universities to carry out cooperative projects. The two universities will invest high-quality educational resources to serve the cooperation projects and jointly cultivate high-quality international talents with international vision and serve the construction of "Belt and Road" initiative; jointly develop teaching and training programs to make full use of the integration of high-quality educational resources; continue to deepen cooperation, promote the joint improvement of teaching and research, build a higher platform and expand a broader development space for teachers and students of both universities.

The signing of the cooperation agreement between the two universities is an important outcome of the China Langfang International Economic and Trade Fair in 2021, and is an important step for the university to implement the spirit of the Third Party Congress and the "1369" development plan, and to implement the three major strategies of "strengthening talents, promoting innovation and running an open school". It further expands the breadth and depth of our international exchange and cooperation, and promotes the opening up of our education to the outside world and the improvement of the international level of school operation.
