On the afternoon of November 29th, the first lecture of China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors’ Seminar was given online by Prof. Zhang Kun from the College of Business of HUEB. Prof. Shang Liwei, Director of the Office of Foreign Affairs of HUEB, Prof. Aleksandar Cuckovic, Deputy Dean of the School of Economics of the University of Novi Sad Serbia and more than 80 scholars and students from two universities attended the lecture.

The topic of this lecture is "CEO incentives, Investment Decisions, and Firm Values: Theory and Experimental Evidence". Prof. Zhang Kun started from "how to establish the optimal incentive mechanism in order to keep the CEO to maximize firm value for investment decision", and explained how to adopt the method of theory and experiments to study different tournament incentive and enterprise value influence management decisions. Teachers and students from China and Serbia had a warm interaction on the contents of the lecture.

The lectures of China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar are held to strengthen the cooperation in scientific research on the basis of the China-Serbia Institute jointly established by HUEB and the University of Novi Sad Serbia and contribute to the construction of "Double First-Class" of HUEB.
