On the afternoon of March 7th, the third lecture of China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar was given online by Prof. Zhang Xiying from the International Education School. More than 40 scholars and students from China and Serbia attended the lecture.

Prof. Zhang Xiying delivered a lecture with "Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Serbia under the Belt and Road Initiative" as the theme. She introduced the history of China's foreign trade, the development of the Silk Road and China-CEEC economic cooperation under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, the medical and health cooperation in Central and Eastern European Countries and the prospects of the digital economy in Central and Eastern European Countries under the epidemic situation.

The China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar is set up as an academic exchange platform for the cooperation between Hebei University of Economics and Business and the University of Novi Sad to enhance the academic interaction and cooperation and to contribute to the construction of "Double First-Class" of HUEB.
