On the afternoon of March 21st, the fifth lecture of China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar was given online to deepen the "Double World-class" construction. This lecture was delivered by Prof. Zheng Weibo from the School of Business Administration of our University, and more than 40 local and Serbian teachers and students attended the seminar.
With "LOGICAL SOCIAL SCIENCE DESIGN: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF MULTI-ROUTES MODEL IN RETAINING YOUR TALENTS" as the theme, Prof. Zheng Weibo introduced the importance of logical design in organizational management research. He emphasized that a good research design is like a "circle", and the research purpose should echo the conclusion, while the research questions and data analysis should echo the discussion results. He took the "Multi-routes model research on turnover tendency of organizational talents" as an example to comprehensively demonstrate the application of these views in research practice.
China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar has been held to strengthen the cooperation in scientific research between HUEB and the University of Novi Sad Serbia on the basis of the jointly-established China-Serbia Institute, so far to enhance the academic interaction and to contribute to the construction of "Double First-Class" of HUEB.
