On the afternoon of April 18th, the seventh lecture of China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar was held online. As the last lecture of the seminar, this lecture was delivered by Dr. Zhang Jing from the School of Business Administration of our University with the help of Prof. Qie Xinjiang in interpreting, and more than 40 local and Serbian teachers and students attended the seminar.

With "Research on Leaders’ Mindfulness in Organizations -- An Analysis from the Perspective of Chinese Traditional Culture" as the theme, Prof. Zhang Jing introduced the research status of leader mindfulness in organizations including the definition of leader mindfulness, existing research results and problems review. Based on the thoughts of Chinese traditional culture, Dr. Zhang Jing analyzed leader mindfulness in traditional Chinese classics, the practice of mindfulness of famous figures in Chinese history and the expansion of leader mindfulness research.

China-Serbia Academic Exchange Ambassadors Seminar has been held to strengthen the cooperation in scientific research between HUEB and the University of Novi Sad Serbia on the basis of the jointly-established China-Serbia Institute. Teachers and students have exchanged scientific research methods in the seven lectures so far to broaden the ways of international academic exchanges, deepen the cooperation between two universities and contribute to the construction of "Double First-Class" project of HUEB.
